• The U.S. exported 2.21 billion bushels of soybeans, or 41% of total production.

• Brazil was first in world soybean production with 5.68 billion bushels, followed by the U.S. at 4.16 billion bushels.

• Soybeans represented 60% of the world’s oilseed production.
